We are able to ship to any destination with prices varying. Below are details of all shipping rates we offer as standard at checkout.

UK SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• UK standard shipping < 2kg costs £3.95 (3-5 working days delivery service)
• Standard UK shipping > 2kg costs £7.50 (3-5 working days delivery service)
• Next day UK shipping < 2kg costs £7.50
• Standard UK shipping > 3kg costs £12 (3-5 working days delivery service)
• Free UK Economy Shipping (3-5 working days delivery service) on UK orders over £50

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and takes approximately between 3 to 5 workings days from dispatch date. UK destination for Royal Mail include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & BFPO. For any enquiries contact, please email sales@eh-co.co.uk

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping via competitively priced providers on Parcel Hero. All international taxes and charges are payable by the receiver, so please expect a charge for shopping . All international orders are tracked. We will provide you with a tracking code to keep you updated on the status of your order. If you reside outside the UK and would like to place an order (including wholesale orders), please contact us directly at sales@eh-co.co.uk discuss your postage and packaging options.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All items must be in its original unopened/unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items cannot be opened and must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.  You may only return goods after 14 days with our prior agreement, and you will be refunded less a 20% re-stocking charge.
