Every brand has an origin story, and mine began on a quiet night in my UK kitchen, staring at a plain bowl of noodles that desperately needed flavour, personality and warmth. I wanted something bold but natural — something that tasted real. In that moment I realised something important: great flavour doesn’t need to be complicated; it needs to be unforgettable. That simple search for authentic, vibrant heat became the foundation of Etinde House, a UK brand known today for creating premium habanero chilli oil and artisan spicy treats.

Before Etinde House existed, I was already passionate about the aroma and heat of fresh habanero peppers, a chilli loved for its naturally fruity, floral and fiery character. But every chilli oil I found in local UK shops tasted bland, overly processed or lacked the clean, bright heat I was craving. So I started making my own small-batch chilli oil using a slow-infusion method with real habanero peppers and high-quality oil.
